Hey Sonawabich, don't be so down. I know how it feels to wait endlessly. Try to find something else to do while you are waiting. Video games, gym or whatever works for you. CIR is going to take longer anyway, there'll be 11 million people applying and the wait is going to be years. Also, staying away from this forum for awhile is going to help too

I think when CIR passes, there will be some people waiting longer than others just like it is now.

Hey, I just got a text while in the shower today notifying me that both my application got approved and that they were printing my work permit. Just a little over 6-months, which seems to be the new norm.

working with the Vermont support center
application sent on 9/18/2012 (with lawyer)
biometrics completed on 10/10/2012
approved for both I-765 and I-821D 3/25/2013 (roughly 6-months)

we have similar timeline, just be patient

I didn't even check my updates until this month, then I started checking almost daily
