I just wantes to share with everyone that today i called uscis and spoke with a 2 level officer. She told me that they last looked my case March 19 and that she does not know why it is not approved. She said that there wereajy request on my case and i told her that it is because i contacted my congressman, the white house, the onbudsman, janet napolitano, private sector dhs and myself.
Does anyone know how long does it tale to get approved after they review your case???
The lady pute on hold when i told her about janet napolitano and she said to wait on hold while she contacted the officer in charge of my file. When she came back on the line she said that my case was last looked on March 19.... Anyone in a similar situation????

The officer looking at your case might now just be annoyed by all your request that he/she is making you wait longer on purpose!!!! Just sayin'.

Did you know when you call AT&T and other companies like that, their system takes notes of how many times you call and if you call too frequently they make you wait longer.

I signed up for the notification form that I'm suppose to get a text or email notifying I been approve, will I get a text or email first or will my case status on uscis change first before getting those texts or emails?? 2. Does the supposedly 6 month period count down start after biometrics or when u sent the DACA application? I you can help me with this please, thanks

is that all that they said ?? they looked at your case on the 19th and thats it ? hmm idk sorta sounds like this one girl who called and they told her to wait 6 months , next thing you know the next day she gor approved , hopefully ull hear something soon , did you file with your lawyer ?
