My lawyer told me that dice it was transfered to a LOCAL USCIS office that they may want to interview me. Has anyone been approved without an Interview after being transferred to a local office.

my husbands was also transfered to a "local office" ...its at texas now...very local since were in california -_- go figure

probably because lawyers themselves arent really that informed about it like we are

Hey thanks to you all for your congrats.
And really if we think about it everyday that passes by we are onedaycloser.
I called uscis told them I was over six months with my app and the guy on the phone just did the request for me
But you can always do it online too.

Thank you alot, I will do that. One more question at the end of the e-request it says reason why your doing an e request, it gave me two options:
1 .Typographical error on a notice you received
2.Non-Delivery of ASC Appointment Notice

Is it the second Option??
