I second that, since when are immigrants all spanish speaking in the first place.
I have seen a huge diversity of people over at CoSA and here.

This "Mexican pop stars sign the American anthem in Spanish" is the dumbest idea I've heard in my life! Its an insult to the American people!

I agree, the national anthem should be in English, and you should learn English to sing it. But I don't see anything wrong in translating it to Spanish for the only purpose that people who don't know English can know what it means. Didn't somebody sing the anthem in Spanish in the white house? And most citizens don't even know words to the national anthem anyways. I don't know all the words, do you guys. But yes, changing the meaning to the anthem and singing it to the flag in Spanish is wrong.
