Whatever makes me happy at night? What about what makes me happy in the morning... Lol clearly you're under the age of 15.. Are you sure you can even apply for DACA?

Hmm a job? Why do you assume I don't have one? I managed to put myself through school with no financial help and buy a very nice car with no help either.. Last time I checked those required money.. So I must be doing something right.

Do you understand that the federal government doesn't give a damn what the state government classifies a drug charge as? Possession of marijuana is a FEDERAL OFFENSE, so the Department of Homeland Security is going to determine on their own how they want to look at that offense, they don't care how the state sees it. A state can legalize possession of marijuana but it is still a federal crime.

Why do you bother putting your input on a 4 page thread? We talked about the risks and it doesn't matter what anyone here says.. I really don't think he's going to not apply or apply because of something we say.. He has to see a lawyer regardless.. Stop being annoying and trying to get him worked up..

because he doesn't seem to get whatever the state views his stuff as doesn't matter and its going to be case by case. Even if he sees a lawyer whats the lawyer going to tell him that we haven't already?
