I think you are right five spots behind mine app, you and me are the only one that are on sept 06 still not approved yet.

So i just called and asked for level 2 and waited 45 mins to hear from a nice lady, very courteous. So she said on March 9th 2013, my case got transferred internally within Vermont from one 'unit' to another 'unit'. She said that it was at the final stage of review and that I should give it another 'one week' to hear something. I'm hoping this is good news, have no idea. She also said something interesting about verifying school records, she said some schools were very slow in responding to them, hence the long wait on their side. This seems new to me. Hope this helps others waiting as I am for almost 7 months.

whats your timeline please post as your signature it is so easy to do , left hand corner control panel edit signature , but whats your timeline , and have you had any updates or did you called because your application was transferred ?

Nope, I never got notified of my application getting transferred. My status still says the same 'initial review' from 7 months ago. I did an e-request middle of last month and filed an Ombudsman case about one week ago and filed a case with my local congressman around the same time as well. I have a clean record, so nothing should be holding me up, but then again that's the case with almost everyone here.

so maybe its just a matter of time ? ill be filling an e request this friday 1 day past my 6th month , will see how it goes

Hopefully my Ombudsman filing helps speed up my case closure. These monkeys really need to expedite people who filed in August/September and stop reviewing cases that got filed yesterday. No wonder only lazy ass retards work for the federal government. These idiots wouldn't survive a day in the private sector!
