i'm so pisst it's already 7 months and i'm not approved my lawyer did e-request they said they are doing background check wait for 90 days what bull shit is this they already did my background check and that's y i got the rfe cuz i didn't submit some court paperwork i'm so mad this suxxxxxxxxxxxxx

what did they rfe you with ? maybe their just waiting on checking the new evidence you sent them

If they have already gave a REF then your background should have been cleared. What kind of court paper, is it previous immigration court?

they probably havent even picked it up yet even though its been four months , we are talking about california

they asked for rfe on oct. 30th sent back the evidence on nov 19th for continuous stay from 07 to jan 15 2012 which i sent all of the bank statements and other documents.....For my court stuff i was arrested for DUI yes DUI but i got convicted for reckless driving.......my lawyer said it is fine cuz the court paper stated my dui charges are dropped.....so now i'm waitinggggggggg and it's pissing me off cuz my lawyer said some shit about waiting 90 days cuz they are still doing background check but man i got a rfe that means my background check is clear and it pop up that i was arrested for something and i provided court documents for it what else they are waiting for i'm hoping this whole thing will get resolved fast

yes you guys are right i don't think they even looked at my rfe that's the only reason i can think of...........man i'm getting pisst i'm thinking of using my brothers address and do a address change he lives in Louisiana hopefully my case would transfer and gets approved...

i dont think you wanna do that , just be patient the longest wait is over 7 month , just want and see hwat happens through out the rest of this month

i got a feeling its just the fact that they havent picked it up , i feel you on the background check , im on removal of proceedings and thought it would go by faster , since if "fbi" had something on me wouldnt they had picked me up when i was in ice ? , but what kind of charge it reckless driving misdeameanor ?
