From what I understand I really don't think the record is the problem here because I sent in ALL my case info and that's the first thing that would come up on the FBI background check! So that would have been figured already...
It's gotta be something else why it's taking so long I just have no idea what?

I would definitely recommend finding a meanwhile job. that's what I'm doing. DO NOT waste time man it si too precious and you can never get it back. Don't let this hold up your life get any job you can and try to save up so you can make moves once your approval comes.
