give them everything you got. w/e u have on month by month basis. so they will be convinced that you lived here past 5 years. do u have bank statements? or tenant agreement contract?

We sent Final RFE On March 20 and Delivered March 28th.
But i still Didnt receive any text or Update from uscis about Acceptance..
anyone know why?

Passport entries and U.S. Tourist Visa expiration date and i-94 are enough evidence for living here in the United States?

Got the rfe letter in the mail yesterday. They want a final disposition for an arrest in 04. I'm here at the courthouse, clerk told me charges were thrown out. Hopefully I get approved soon.

PLEASE someone tell me what you would do. The middle school I went to keeps giving me the run around. They are saying that when I graduated, my records followed me to the high school. Then I was told that after I graduated from high school, they were not obligated to keep my middle school records.

Long story short, the middle school has been giving me a hard time in writing a letter for me because they are saying they have none of my records. BUT what I was able to get is a form from the high school, stating my date on entry into the district, 2003 which was the year I came here as well as the specific time I started the middle school. Would that be acceptable by uscis as proof of my student status from 2003 ? Would you just send that as proof, rather than being continously delayed by the middle school?

QUESTION!! I am little confused on my RFE letter. Please help me..

My letter says "The evidence you submitted with your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, to established that you have continuously resided in the United States during the 5-year period immediately before June 15, 2012 and up to the time of filing is insufficient. You have not submitted any documentation in regards to your continuous residence in the United States from June 15, 2012 up until the time of filing on January 14, 2013."

I am confused because I am not sure if they are asking me to provide a documentation for after June 15, 2012 only or more of 5-year period evidence.

I only sent evidence that covered until June 2012.

Now you need to send in the evidence that covers your residence up until now from June 2012

I just got a notice saying they sent me one out today
Have no idea why I am 100% I sent MORE than enough evidence
Oh well...so from what I'm reading on here I should just wait till I get it in the mail before doing anything
Hopefully it doesn't take too long!! I'm happy to finally get some type of response at least! Only took 6 months 28 days!!! (209 days -_________-)
