5 years? That has been the Dream Act requirements. None of the past CIR bill that failed had the undocumented to be here 5 years right?

I thought 2007 CIR was 2 years?

I think the 2007 bill had two versions one that had no benefits for people that had arrived in the last 5 years if I recall correctly.
