I did an e-request when i hit 6 months. I got a generic answer a few days later... i tried to do another one at 7 months but it said I already had filled one out so I couldnt, so I just waited it out... checking every day. Today I was going about my every day business and found the lovely email notification in my inbox. Good luck to everyone still waiting... especially those still from August
