Anyone from August still not approved? NSC - Page 85

I just got approved two days ago my ead is on its way finally I was also a August applicant so hang in there guys

what is your timeline!

Application recived : August 30 california
Bio: October 4 : received RFE February 15 :sent out RFE February 25
Approved march 18 : ead march 20

My Representative contacted USCIS.. this was the answer:

Dear Eladia,
Thank you for providing the privacy release signed by *MY NAME*. The signature has been verified and Congressman McGovern’s office is now authorized to make inquiries on all of her immigration matters.

On August 20, 2012, the Vermont Service Center (VSC) received the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D), Receipt Number EAC129*****, filed concurrently with an Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765)(c)(33) Receipt Number EAC129****.


There is not a processing time and there is no expedited processing for deferred action.


The 90 day regulatory requirement for the Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Form I-765 does not begin until after the approval of the Application for Temporary Protected Status for deferred action (Form I-821D).


This case remains pending at this time.
