I sent a certified arrest disposition from the cook county court. Charges were thrown out.

Chicago dreamer here, received a RFE update for I-821d today. Wish me luck!


Date Application Sent: 12/31/2012 to Chicago lockbox /Delivered 1/4/2013 and routed to Texas service center
Date of I-797 C notice of action: 1/7/2013
Date of biometrics scheduled: 1/25/2013 No Walk-In
RFE update: 4/3/2013
RFE letter: ???

Side note: I also received an "Alien registration number was changed" update on Feb, 20 for the I-765. Nothing has changed since.
