Getting a misdemeanor while waiting for approval

I got a misdemeanor for trespassing a week ago. Now I passed my 6 month mark (March 27) and still nothing in the mail and when I check online it still said it was on initial review. At this point I'm trying to stay optimistic but I don't know how the misdemeanor will affect me. This is now my second misdemeanor the other one being when I was 16 and ended up getting wiped out of my record. Anyway I don't know how all this is going to affect my DACA application.

Nothing gets wipe off your record by the way



Get a state criminal background check and a FBI one as well

Well yea I meant for jobs and stuff. I reported the first misdemeanor on my DACA application but I'm worried the second one I got while waiting for approval will make me get my application denied.

Trespassing?? I don't think it will effect ur DACA
at the moment but man just avoid this situations

perhaps it might affect you when you try to renew? who knows, this is all new to all of us.
