On form I-821D, what evidence can I show to prove that I was present in the US on and before June 15, 2012. I have my school transcripts but I had already graduated high school before that time and I did not start college until September 2012. My question is, what else can I show to prove I was here? My bank statements are empty, I made no transactions during that month. I have no bills under my name. I do not work. I am confused ....

Do you have transactions in May and July. You can send all 3 statements at least to show your account was active and you were around during that time. You can also send in facebook checkins that have the geographic location. Doctor or dental records?

I am not sure because my bank account has a balance of 0.00$ for all 3 months including June. Anyway, but I found that in my Amazon seller account I had a sale about a week before June 15 so I printed that out to prove that I shipped it on June 12. On another note, how should I organize all the evidence I have? Did you guys just shove everything into a folder and ship it or did you guys use separators or paper clips to organize what each paper is evidence for?

I labeled all my evidence and created an index. Mostly to organize myself and because they recommend you label all evidence.

Remember not to highlight or black out anything. You don' really need separators or paper clips because your package is scanned when it first arrives.

Whats up you guys a quick question ....For the deferred action application where it asks you to list all your previous addresses since your first arrival,
do we have to put month day and year? or can we just put month and year if we are not to sure about the exact dates.

Another question referring to the evidence of proving presence on June 12, 2012, can I use Craigslist posts I created on July? I also have an Amazon sale on June 9, and I took a screenshot of it but HOW can I prove that the screenshot is from MY account .... it doesnt have my name or any other information ANYWHERE on the page. Are they actually that picky at USCIS? If so, can I write a letter or something providing that SOMEONE says that I was here? But then HOW is that proof if ANYONE can write a letter .... I am confused

As a separate question from the one above, on form I-821D question number 20, it says "Date of Last Attendance, Graduation, Receipt of General Educational Development Certificate, and/or Completion Certificate." I am currently in High School so what would I write here?

Now, I can get my HS diploma/transcript to send in, what other documents might I need?

I have a passport from my country of origin but it is expired, would I have to renew it?

You can't use letter to prove that you were here June 15. Try to use other stuff.

Type Enrolled or currently attending when you print the application.
