I also got an answer from the Ombudsman's office and they told me the same thing that they are reviewing applications from Aug31 and before. Blah blah

All SERVICE CENTERS are only focusing on August applicants who applied 8/15/2012 threw 8/31/2012. Meaning everyone else is still within processing times since they are not working on there date of priority. they are now doing it by priority date. I called my lawyer she said they are now going by priority date no longer are they doing It random she said that's why cases were transferred so they can equal out cases that were left by hide and backlogged and now start by priority date and she said now that they figured out an official way to process them she Said anyone that applied August 15,2012 threw August 31,2012 are gonna hear something very soon because they are now only focusing by priority date which is demonstrated here

As you see under I821D they are only focusing on priority dates from August 31,2012 and before. So that means people are gonna have a longer wait that applied after August 31,2012 it's kinda like a VISA waiting line like they do for People waiting for a visa like the VISA BULLETIN BOARD. I'm NEXT IN LINE IM AN AUGUST APPLICANT! I should hear something soon this morning I called and they let me do a expedite under medical conditions she said I should get a response to my request with in 5 days.

if you read on top , it says "processing time" august 31st means nothing , or that they are worinkg on those , that category is for "processing times"

You can argue with my lawyer about that she talked to a NSC officer over email and she was told they are now going by priority date which is posted under processing times they said they are only focusing in August 31,2012 and before. So that means next month they will be working on September 31,2012 and before

Just got this reply from ombudsman....

"Dear Sir/Madam,

The Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (Ombudsman’s Office) has reviewed your inquiry. USCIS has indicated that it is processing DACA cases received on or before 31August2012.

While we understand your concern, our review indicates that your case is within normal processing times as provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on its website. You may monitor processing times on the USCIS website at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do. Because your case is within normal processing times, our office will be closing this matter.

Thank you for giving the Ombudsman’s Office the opportunity to assist you.

This wait sucks!!! It pisses me off...

Just got a call by my Lawyer and he said the exact same thing as Alexander, i called USCIS and did talk to a lev 2 Rep which mentioned it.

I think I deserve an Apology :-p lol jk jk

So I guess it'll be close to 8 months before I get approved? :O :/
