What did they say? I also did a ombudsman request in late February. They told me that they are gonna work on my case to get it finished faster basically an expedite

So, does this means the processing times on uscis website changes every month??

looks like they are copying and pasting this to everyone

I don't feel bad for them cuz it's not fair for people who applied way before them and we get run around from everyone while they get approve we prepare our self and applied early we should get decision early as well.....so just like we waited for no reason they gone have to wait and their wait is valid....not to be rude or anything it's just that's the way it should of been from begging...

my lawyer never screwed up lol , i have no problem its actually great! that way theyll get u guys out the way and continue down the line , im pretty sure theress not much application left from august or i hope so

That's true don't worry like I said just check every month and see if they change the processing times under i821D and see if they are closer and closer to your priority date which should be by the end of next month because there shouldn't be that many August applicants left I'm an August applicant and still waiting I should hear something soon.
