If the office is processing a particular type of application in less time than our processing goal, you will see the processing times expressed in months (for example, if the office is processing naturalization applications in less than our 5 month goal, the processing time will state "Five Months"). However, if that office is taking longer than our processing goal to handle the form type in question, you will see the filing date (e.g., "April 10, 2003") of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated. The charts are updated on or about the 15th day of each month.

Just looked at the USCIS proccessing times and DACA is on there now. I am guessing that it went on in the last two days as when I called on the 3rd I was given the same old story of there is no proccessing time. If you read it carefully it says that the date, which for Vermont is August 31st 2012, is the date of the last application reviewed on the day the proccessing times were updated which is normally around the 15th of the month. So in thre real world you would think all dates before this had been reviewed and either approved, RFE'd or denied. Well we know this isn't true as the likes of Peppers are still waiting and there was an approval yesterday from a dreamer who applied only a few months ago.
I don't think USCIS accepted any cases on the 1st and 2nd of September as these fell on a weekend so the next to be reviewed if you beleive in all this are those who were accepted on the 3rd September then my date 4th Septemeber. Hooray. Incidentally when you go through app #'s there are not a lot of these still waiting, a lot were approved in October, November and December.
