I just send my DACA today, hope i get everything by late JULY, but quick question, why is that some people are waiting after 7 months and others got their stuff in 2-3 months? Is it that people forgot to put a lot of evidence? I had a pretty solid case I think, lots of evidence and so on. labeled everything really nice too hope that helps me get my shit faster

*Also they might rip these out but I labeled everthing with a sticky note just in case they didnt know what they were looking at

My app # was WAC1290519XXX
Application was received 9/4/2012
Biometrics on 9/21 as a walkin in Oakland CA
RFE posted on February 20th 2013
RFE being mailed back on April 8th 2013
RFE due date is May 15th 2013

-Why did i wait so long to return my RFE? AT&T will not provide me bill copies from 2009 which is when my RFE date is from. After 6 long conversations they said maybe i should just approach their legal department with a subpoena. However they did send me all of 2010-2012.

-Has anyone recently submitted an RFE with a quick response? My lawyer was telling me that often they dont look at RFE files until their mandatory deadline date stated on the letters we receive.

For your passport stamp did you have your i-94 with you?
Yeah, your evidence are good enough and it seems organized.

No i did not, I dont think I've ever had one, at least my mom doesnt think to think so or have one for me , It just said US Immigration something with a stamped date . It was a B2 visitor visa
I was thinking because I was still little they didnt give me one, and it was pre-911 so things were a little more relax back then.
Is it bad that I didnt attach an i94 ?
