Yes, there is a way its called Advance Parole, we have lots of these topics so I suggest you look for it them. But I will tell you what I tell everyone who has a dying love on. Don't leave the country just yet, whether you come or go is up the agent checking you and their decisions. It seems they are more tolerant to people with just an unlawful presence before DACA as oppose to those with unlawful presence and ewi.

USCIS was supposed to release new specifications for advance parole that dealt specifically with DACA. With this, the border patrol will pretty much have clear and explicit instructions as to how to handle DACA cases, i.e. person has DACA and approved advance parole — let them in.

It seems they've put that on the back burner for now, though, since they announced that several months ago.

A postcard thing came in the envelope with my EAD there is no way to know they will let you back in with Advanced Parole. The border patrol basically chooses if they let you back in. So what the info ^^^ you are giving is totally different from what i read on that card.
