so i did the 2nd e request:

The status of this service request is:

We have received your request stating that your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) is currently outside the normal processing times.

Currently U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) does not have a processing time for this form type.

Your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765) category (c)(33) are currently pending at the Vermont Service Center.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Wat the heck, it was april 4, and USCIS's website has a clear processing time shown on the table: AUG 31!

And yes, I just have to put out an inquire to learn that my case is still pending after ALMOST 8 Month!

Great Job USCIS!

Its sad but their is no processing timeline
I don't care what the website says its obvious
That people who recently applied are getting approved
While others are still waiting
All of these responses are just generic responses
Nobody is actually looking at ur case to see what's
Going on. Sad but true

O well, whatever it is (but I do have a clean record, no trouble with law ever)! only true thing is that there is nothing we can do but wait! IT IS IN A BLACKHOLE! I dont think USCIS gives Sh** about our service request!
