hmmmm those forms sort of expire after 2 years (or was it 2 years)

to be honest, I would wait a year for it to clear up however, as long DHS never finds out about it you should be good so in case a dream act or a cir doesn't pass and you find a different method of fixing your status, wait at least a year before applying

Thanks for the tip but what if CIR passes or Dream Act? Will they have some sort of waiver or relax the issue of immigrates Claiming US citizenship on I-9 form because that's a road block for alot of students or young children and dreamers who came to this country like me thinking they were us citizens because some of there immediate close family members are Us citizens.

I'm pretty sure something will be address regarding people who put down that but then a purpose of a cir is also deportation . So they will want to kick people with a history of crimes but worse they could be anal about it and just not exempt people who did this mistake and ban them. Daca did have a strict requirement of being here on a specific date. However a reform would also be changing i9 forms .... hard to say really

Also how do people go on about thinking they are something they are not. Did your parents ever once talked to you about it?
