I do have an amazon account with my name but I payed with my moms credit card
and select shipping address same as the billing. so it was sent with my moms name on it basically

That sucks. The paypal receipts are what saved me for basically 3 years.

I had my dad's bank account connected to my paypal account and when I made purchases online it would show my name on the paypal receipts.

I will be in your situation if / when the time comes. I literally sent in: Two rent contracts, affidavit for a year and an internet bill from 2012.

Our situation drives me to depression. I have resided for over 15 continuous years in this country and I could not establish any trace of this for whatever circumstance. If there is CIR a lot of my illegal family members will join us in this nightmare. 'Jornaleros,' housewives, or the unemployed / underemployed who can not afford or were simply ignorant on how to do taxes , if they were paid in cash. Then tougher verification on any job will make our lives impossible to even survive.

Any way, what do I plan to do in your situation. I will write a letter detailing my life and the gaps. Will it help? Probably not, but I have to try. Then I will bombard them with affidavits and whatever bad evidence I may have. Like pictures from Christmas and request they check their census records. If the big picture of the case is not good enough... Oh well, what can I do? There is nothing to do.
