Still haven't received Social Security #!

I've been waiting for 4 weeks and still haven't received my card yet. I called the office and they told me that it is still pending. Originally I got my EAD card in November but it had a typo so I had to send it back. Finally got it fixed and had it in my hands again in March. I applied on March 12, 2013 and I wasn't thinking about the 10 Day Wait but my EAD card had the expiration date from November 2012 to November 2014 so I figured it shouldn't have affected me. Probably should have waited. Has anyone ran into this similar problem?
