Ughh I hate this wait.
It is so unfair how other ppl just applied two months ago and they r already approved. SO much for finally going in order. Bunch of bs.

Got approved oh my god i'm sooo happy it's been a long journey for me. Here is my story
California service Center
7 months and 19 days
did 2 request on my own
lawyer did 1 last month

called congress person every other week......today she called and spoke with a nice guy and see what happen to my case and the guy said he will take it to officer today and see what happens i was at the gym when i got the text that my card went into production i was crying jumping up and down and thanking god........

was arrested for DUI however all of the charges were dismiss and got plead guilty for reckless driving in california.....i'm 28 right now

however for my I 821D it still says that on Nov 19 we received your rfe respond etc...anyone know how long it will take to get that approved? also is it normal to get a text that says your card went into production before getting approval text? they sent me 2 text that says your card went into production nothing for I821D.....

I don't think I'm gonna get my work permit I honestly think they don't wanna make a decision on my case. I bet all of you I'm gonna have to wait till 2014 before I get a decision if I get an approval or denial..............I can no longer wait for this I need to find another way to get my work permit I'm 20 years old I hope I can find a job to sponsor me. I can adjust my status threw 245(I)
