I'm in the same situation as most of you. I'm 22 years old. I graduated from High School 3 years ago. I haven't been to college yet because I cannot afford it, so I'm just waiting for DREAM'S enactment in order to be able to work and afford my own tuition. I'm convinced that something is gonna happen this year.

I want to ask you something. I came here before I was 16, I have a high school diploma and have no police record, but I've never been to college. Would I qualify for DREAM ACT even though I'm not enrolled in college or never been enrolled in college?

There's no age limit hayire. and since you're in New York I think you do qualify for in-state tuition with your high school diploma, but I dont know whats the tuition in NYC, i think it is expensier than in CA. Well, the best person you can to talk about this is nick, or someone from NY

If you apply for CUNY it depends if you go to a 2 year school or a 4 year school. The most you be paying as a full time student in a 4 year school is like $1800 a semester (15 to 18 credits). CUNY Has one of the most affordable tution in the country. However I know that Cuny always have open houses check one at http://portal.cuny.edu/portal/site/c...nt_door=trueow

I believe the CUNY system has around 2000 (from memory) officially registered undocument students. And the tuition is afordable.
