^^^^ This. It's way too early to start jumping to conclusions...

But who knows really, they could release the actual bills and have a section that talks about Dreamers.

Did you guys just completely miss this part?

Yeah you did

So what is the point of your thread then? You start this thread where you are essentially in a panic, people stated calm, logical counterarguments, now you're saying that we ''missed'' the same logical argument that practically everyone is stating? Huh?!

At this point anything is pretty much a speculation, but it is highly probably that the path for DREAMers will be expedited. There have been loose talks about this issue, but I'm pretty confident this would be the case.

I share your anxieties about this. Yes, I understand it isn't the full bill, and that the details we know are mostly from leaks...but it's still very concerning, especially on a team of legislators that has Durbin and Schumer in it.

Just a couple weeks ago, many legislators on both major parties expressed support for an expedited path for DACA/dreamers. But we've heard and read nothing about it.

Guys calm down. Several articles from previous weeks have stated that almost everyone believes that we should be expedited and not punished. The reason it's not talked about is because it's not up for discussion. It's already agreed on. I strongly believe that we will be eligible for permanent residence (green cards) right away.

Did you guys not watch that one hour long video of senator Durbin talking with like 6 other people? That was one of the first things they discussed.
