Yeah I don't understand it at all either but it is what it is I suppose...can't really argue with them about so we just have to wait smh

I started gathering everything from June 15th when it was announced. So I had everything they asked for already copied and sorted. All I was missing was the application and since it was released on August 14th I filled it out that night and rechecked everything all morning.
