hey jessica, i sent my application on the same day 9/24. I am still waiting, hopefully within couple weeks or before we'll get approved. And the Boston bombings won't affect you unless your agent is super racist, you'll probably get away with it due to an american name. In my case, the agent will probably have racist thoughts. Hopefully he/she is black or es panic haha.
