I think they should bring back the original Dream Act from the inception date which is 2001 which would make it fair for ALL Dreamers.

would someone that has temporary status now have to pay this fine. Including daca or any other person that currently has a EAD but no path for permanent residency

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
