I have family in AZ they only live there because there legal but they still complaint about how bad it is

I got a Jaywalking ticket 2 years ago and it's my first misdemeanor I just paid for the fine and that was it. didnt do any community service or go to court. do you think it'll affect me for cir or in the long run?

anyway, I strongly recommend your friend getting a background criminal state check, an FBI if possible, because this is all the USCIS will be doing, so its good to see what they will see.

And contact some lawyers about it and see if they can get this cleared up but hopefully he did that some program I mentioned earlier

I dont think jaywalking is looked at too bad by uscis
