He wasn't arrested or fingerprinted. He got the ticket, went to court, got 10 hrs of community service. This is what it says on the court records: "10 HRS COMM SERV BY 5/22/11. 7/7/11 - GAVE 2 WK EXT ON CS. NO COMM SERV DONE/SHOW CAUSE/FEE ADDED CS DONE 7/20/11.

He also payed $231.00 for court costs according the court records.

so yeah I wouldn't answer yes then, all he did got a ticket as a result from a violation which is the same as getting a ticket for speeding up, thats a violation, and those are not criminal offenses
