Yea anyone who does it now is a straight up idiot but yea 5 years ago this would of been an excellent choice

So is it safe to assume that there aren't that many Hispanics in Canada? lol

Not as many like in the U.S. , I still have somewhat of a Spanish accent and this the first time I have had to repeat myself twice. There's a lot of Asians, Muslims, and Indians. You could say the Hispanic population is insignificant overhere.

I don't think you should generalize though, you should mention what province/city you're in. Not even all cities in a state/province are the same.

I only have 1 question,If the immigration bill allowed you to potentially return permanently would you do so?

Yes, I would. Like I said before I consider the U.S. (South Caroilna) my homeland. I grew up there, my friends are there, and after living in Canada I really miss the south. Plus the U.S. still the greatest country in the world.

I'm facing the 10 year ban from what I understand so it would be difficult, if not impossible, to return home.

I'm not generalizing, go look at the stats.

I may know of someone who got a pardon for a work visa post election. May be worth a shot if you're Canadian citizen already. Don't know if they issue pardons for tourist visas though.
