At least is what its starting to seem like

but we don't know exactly what Dreamers will get, it will be interesting

How about for the dreamers who already have a Bachelor's, Masters or a PhD and are working? Still conditional? I think they should make an exception, since those dreamers have completed a 4 year+ degree.

N0, if we follow the Dream Act, those who have it already, will still have to wait the same. But again, this is all of the old Dream Act Bill.

Who knows what the bill will say regarding this

Those who have already completed at least 2 years of college education towards a bachelor's degree or higher degree, will still have to wait the 5 ½ years in order to apply for Legal Permanent Residency even though you may have already obtained a degree.

A dreamer by definition is a student who strives to earn an education or serve his country. A dreamer is not a dreamer without this. Someone who doesn't fit this characteristic will not be given this special accelerated treatment. The dreamer doesn't have to attend some big name four year institution. Even a dreamer working towards an Associates qualifies to be a dreamer.

yeah I was about to post this

If you don't want to complete an education or enlist, I am not sure why would you consider yourself a dreamer in the first place then.
