If you Adjust status all you will automatically be registered by USCIS if within the needed age of registration.

If you don't,you can't apply for Naturalization until I believe over ~31 years of age.

its agaist my religion i am a Catholic just in case of a draft....

I wouldn't worry about a draft. I just don't see the US doing that, or I should say needing to do that. They already have enough people who join voluntarily. I know people who have even been turned down!! Also, the US can invade as many countries as they want, and Americans won't really complain for too long since the government is not drafting their brothers/sisters, etc.
