Daca recipients that were approved before late march would be grandfathered, does that mean those that were approved after march would not be grandfathered in?

It means that you do not need to reapply under the DREAM act provision to be granted conditional residency.

DACA was the test run for this program...ha!

Don't get caught up on the March mention. They are only quoting that month and number bc that's the last complete month thus far. I'm sure they referring to all those approved for DACA.

It could be to fill out a form for CPR, the fee for it, and evidence of approval for DACA.
But, I'm just speculating. We'll have to wait for the actual bill.
