I'm Approved! Sharing the Good News!

I am completely floored, I still have cotton balls floating around in my head. I kept saying well it'll be this month for sure, and then that month would pass and I'd get bummed out so I noticed people talking about the 6 month club and I figured That was gonna be me. So I had my eyes set on late may/early june. Since I got the notice my case had been transferred to Kansas, I was expecting a delay so I hadn't checked on the status of my case in a little over a week, (I had only been able to check online recently, so I'd check daily). I decided just to glance at it and go back to facebook. Weeeell imagine my shock when the little blue dot wasn't at initial review but all the way over a card production. Card what??!!! I couldnt believe it! They mailed it out yesterday and it's arriving tomorrow.

I'm not gonna give ya'll the spiel about being patient and your time will come blah blah. I am simply gonna say, push out your expectations to a few months and get on with your life that way you aren't biting your nails every day and then in a single moment, in a nonchalant glance at your status, you'll get a very pleasant surprise, a you better be sitting down surprise, a "we're having fish tonight!" surprise, a "do we have enough rum?" surprise, a "oh! oh! sometimes, I get a good feeling!" surprise!

After fretfully matching up the dates in other signatures with my dates and reading all the approved posts and being nervous that I might get an RFE or even worse or maybe there was an error on my paperwork and oh dear am I gonna get pushed back?... It's finally over. Like for real? But then now I'm scared because I realize, I realize with this sinking feeling of butterflies in my stomach, that it isn't over, no, not by a long shot! Oh my God, its just beginning! What do I do now? What do I do first?! What do I do second?!! Uncharted waters. Maybe tomorrow when the mail man comes a knocking and I open the package and I hold the card in my hands, maybe by tomorrow I won't be afraid of the future...Bazinga!! lol!
