Some people here should seriously consider going to law school. It's pretty impressive.

So what about the education requirement to adjust to PR status?

What does institution of higher education cover? Does it have to be a degree, or can it be a vocational school also?

Higher education as defined under act so so section so and so

So then we have search for what that act means

I want to know that too. But I read that if you have already been approved then it doesn't really matter if you did the college thing. I'm just wondering if you have to do the college thing during the provisional period.

So you guys think medical school would be an option if you had RPI or CPR?

A lot of schools require that you are a US citizen or Permanent Resident, but I feel like this situation would be different... Having to wait five years before you could go down the medical path is an eternity.

Are we going to have to fill out a different application? If so, will it be easy enough for us to fill out without a lawyer?
