For people who have read the entire bill:

What happens to the people who have been waiting for like 15 years under a family sponsorship? Do they get to adjust their status immediately to Permanent Residency?

And if that sponsored individual is married with children, does the spouse as well as the children adjust their status?

Either I am too nervous or tired, or hungry...whatever, but I spend a good part of my day needing to read chart notes, mostly illegible writing by doctors, medical and legal documents, and I don't see one...

As long as I Can travel and go in visit Poland in the upcoming here then I will be happy, but I would still feel a little scared even with the RPI the only way I would actually feel safe is if I left with a green card

okay this is going to be a funny question but

where is the part the actually tells you how to apply for registered provisional
immigrant status? All I see is how to get a green card AFTER you been RPI for 5 years

To me RPI is all we need IF there is definite travel authorization with no Advanced Parole BS. It's all in the mind. This bill is liberal as hell. They're trying to word it in such a way to bring as many GOP votes in as possible. It makes sense for them to make us wait 5 years. They need to clear the backlogs of people already in line. So this is the meaning of "getting behind the line"
