If both bills pass they'll go to conference where they'll be negotiated/merged into one bill.
Then they go back to the house and senate where they have to vote on them again.
THEN it goes to the president.

So does this mean that people who have gotten approved for DACA would immediatley be eligible for permant resident status? or by streamlining do they mean the 5 years vs the 10 year wait?
