I feel bad for him, but I also remember how much he would try ridicule/ciritcize my parents and me for being undocumented or not having an SSN and a driver's license. He applied years ago on the belief that he would be able to legalize based on the fact that his kids are born here. Somehow, the turd managed to get an SSN and driver's license. It cost a pretty penny though.

When CIR happens, life is going to get extraordinarly difficult for him because of E-verify and all the other work authorization verfication procedures that employers will required to follow.

what does this mean?

so if you are DACA Approve, you can only get RPI if national security and law
enforcement clearances have been completed?

Quote:
the Secretary may grant such sta6
tus to the alien if renewed national security and law
7 enforcement clearances have been completed on be8
half of the alien.

DREAM RPIs may apply for adjustment of status to Permanent Residency if they have completed at least 2 years in an institution of higher education or 4 years in the military

what does it mean by higher education? does 2 years of community college count?
