Currently on a conference call with Fred Tsao from Icirr who is explaining some of the details from the bill. Important key points. I will share the conference call later for people to hear it if I can, though I warn, the quality is not great

Important details:
-the version of the dream act in this bill does not have an upper age limit (for example you are 45 and arrived before the age of 16, you are considered dream act eligible under this bill. Assuming you meet the other requirements).
-daca applicants that have been approved will potentially have he easiest process and quickest process.
-there is a payment plan if you cannot afford the penalties and fees of 1000 you have to pay half up front and you can apply for a payment plan and pay the rest over 6 years.
-you can travel outside of the country, you will be disqualified if you spend more than 180 consecutive outside of the country.
- you are disqualified if you have been charged for a felony, or 3 misdemeanors or one aggravated felony (which may not technically be considered a felony in some cases)
-almost everything is waive able unless you are convicted of terrorism

Some of this may be repeat of what is already here but it's what came out during the conference still taking place.

I will see if I am allowed to share the audio of the conference call, otherwise I might just end up just summarizing the details as listed above.

Not dream act eligible, you will be in the provisional status for 10 years, plus 3 years to apply for citizenship.
Dream act eligible it will be 5 years plus 3 years to citizenship.
Daca approved might be faster or have fewer penalties but this area has not been entirely defined yet.

Note bene you had to re-apply after 6 years.

If USC currently you can petition significant other, children or parents and they can return immediately.
Brothers and children married or son or daughter married or not they have to wait years in a line.

Under this process if you are a USC you can sponsor the children, married son or daughters up to 30 years of age, if grand children from son or daughter under 21 can also be sponsored.
However they will not be able to sponsor brothers or sisters above the age of 21

It will also create a point system, even if you cannot benefit from all the other stuff.

For example if you are a sibling of a us citizen, come from a country that does not migrate too much to the US, you are English proficient, all of that gives points among other stuff. If you are in the top 120,000 people in the number of points you can come in, this is available every. (Seems to be similar to the process from Canada, education level will also give points)

Most points will go to people from industries with very high demand or had very high level of education.

The other part are for people currently In The immigration backlog and is currently waiting for their visa will e able to get their visa within 7 years. They have to get everyone in the backlog within 7 years.

But also this is the track that people getting rpi will be in this process. There is no limit to the number of visas.

What you can start gathering right now, not exhaustive.

You need identity documents

Something proving your presence on or before December 31, 2011

(It could be documents similar to what was needed for deferred action)

Yeah. That is good. But that is if you have not applied or been approved by daca before this is passed if it passes in this form. If you have daca when this passes then the process would be significantly simplified.
