Alex, I know it must be hard, I would suggest just for the moment let it go, you will only make yourself more depresses. Promise for at least 2 weeks no service request,no congress calls. I understand what you are going through,and I can only think you have 1 more month of frustration than I do, but for now focus on something else, it will make it less stressful and more rewarding when u receive the approval. In all our hearts the members of this forum know your approval is coming, have the same hope we have for you and let it go.
