do you know when exactly was your approval date , to get a better feel of what exactly your timeline is

I received a rfe letter after almost 6 months because I was charged with a misdemeanor for consuming alcohol and I was minor, I was in a car with a friend, he was driving and they took him to jail for 2nd offense driving under influence, and I was release to my mother after they took my fingerprint. Know they want me to send them proof of the final disposition but the court that I went to doesn't have any proof they only gave me a letter stating that I don't have a record in that court . So i went to the police station and they gave the police record but is very confusing because it has all of the charges from my friend and mine together and they told me that it was like that because I was part of his case and its till in process. I don't know what else to do my deadline is close...

what were your consequences did you have to pay a fine go to classes etc ?

The judge told me to write a letter about the importance of not drinking and i emailed it, but he said that he deleted since my case was closed.

if your case was closed then there had to be paper printed stating your case was closed for court purposes

My brother has been approved today!!! His timeline as follow:
App sent: 11/02/12 at VSC
App received: 11/05/12
Bio letter: 11/07/12

i-765 and i-821D Approval: 04/18/13
Clean Record/visa overstay
5 months and 13 days

I finally have a tracking number and its says that im gonna get my car on the 20 so excited im just waiting on my brother i hope he get his faster than me

Yeah, I got letters in the mail on the 11th of this month that said I was approved, so I'm guessing a couple days before that.

Kinda hate people being approved but I'm happy as well.....congrats tho

wow! I'm a bit excited! It seems like my date is getting closer and closer! Next week Thursday(the 25th) Will be my 6th month... I've finally been able to let things just happen. All the videos links everyone has been posting of youtube and stories have really helped me out. I myself graduated in Hawaii (now living in california so i can't get the california dream act since i didnt graduate from a california high school). I graduated Cum Laude, Band President (state of hawaii music foundation recipient, brass band, honor band. I got two scholarships that I couldnt use for obvious reasons) , Soccer Captian, Cross country MVP, track all 4 years, Aloha explorer beginning and advanced program, I was involved in clubs and many other things. In California I was a full time soccer coach year round for 4 years. Was on the deans list. Worked, coached and went to school full time untill I lost hope about 3 years ago when LIFE broke my heart and have been in the same spot since.
I KNOW how it feels when people ask you what do you do for a living and all you can say is... a server... cook.... contruction worker... blah blah blah... the look on thier face they give you beacuase they dont know your situation and know you have more potential but they think you havent tried doing anything about it...its not FAIR.... for me I feel like im nothing... even worse, try explaining your situation to a girl you're really into
