2007-2011 When they send my RFE i sent proof for every month (credit card Statements) and i sent all kind of receipit and doctor visit....they asked for 2007 to june 15, 2012 whoever got denied how much evidence did you guys submitted and what did you guys submitted Sorry for anyone that got denied it sux |

I have no idea. My sister with the same timeline as myself got approved on January 15th. She just turned 26 and I just turned 23. We basically turned in all the same in info.. only difference is that she only has a HS diploma and I have an associates degree.. EWI and no criminal record for either of us. Also my lawyer called and according to him an officer confirmed my receipt number and "assured' him a response very shortly. That was on March, 15th.
You have any idea what it could be?

All my family are in lawful status except me as I aged out at 21.so I really need this to stay with my family.
