UPDATE! I called just now and did an expedite early in the morning I explained the lady about my medical conditions and about the official timeframe for I821D she looked it up and said yes I see there is now an official time frame for I821D and she did the expedite request and gave me a reciept number to the request. She said to wait within 5 days to get a response back yay I'm crossing fingers they expedite my case! I'm in my 7 month going on to my 8 month April 23. To the people still within the 6 months They won't let you do a request if your not beyond 6 months they won't let you do a service request or e request all you have to do is keep waiting till you are in your 6 month of waiting

There is FINALLY A OFFICIAL TIME LINE FOR DACA!!! THEY PUT IT UP JUST TODAY! CHECK ON USCIS.GOV AND LOOK UNDER PROCESSING TIMES AND NOW THEY HAVE I821D THEY HAVE 6 MONTHS TO MAKE A DECISION ON A CASE THAT IS UNDER I821D and they have 90 days to make a decision on i765 once you have been approved for I821D go check out the new forum Alexxxxxxx put up on the lounge section AND IT'S CALLED OFFICIAL TIMELINE FOR DACA ALLLL SERVICE CENTERS ARE NOW WORKING ON AUGUST 31,2012 applicants!

My congressman was also republican and anti-immigration but he still helped me out and contacted uscis for me. I said I might as well give it a shot and it worked. My card is coming in today

What was his reply to you when he contacted uscis? What did they tell him to tell you?

hey like i posted before i got rfe'd im still waiting on the paper of the reason why but i just want to be prepared for anything...so if they ask for more evidence of continuous presence can someone send me a list of all the things i can send? i know like bank statements and highschool transcript but idk what else but those...thanks for the help!
