Still waiting.......I hit 8 months tomorrow........

I know it's crazy! Now I'm going on to my 9 months May 23.....

Damn. Everybody's worst DACA fear (other than a denial) and you're living it. Any RFE's or feedback of any sort from service requests?

My brother had so many gaps. He filled them with affidavits. The lawyer prepared the letter and my brother got a bunch of family friends and our landlord to sign them. He also scanned their ID's.

He was approved 3 weeks after his bios.

Wow. And you called and did service resquests and contacted imm officers I'm assuming, right? That's ridiculous man.

So mad i cant do my bio today cause isnt my appointment...now i gotta see if someone can work for me next tuesday.

I'm right there with you. Even though they received it on October 3rd, I filed with my idiot lawyer on August 23rd. The wait is crazy!

I sent in the court records saying i was guilty and that i paid fines and the case was closed, i also wrote an explanation saying that everything has been taken care of by me. It did say every contact with police had to be disclosed so i put down ever encounter even a warning for no tail lamps. (one was out). I aslo understand that they arent considering driving without a license a misdemeanor for DACA processing ( Which in my state is a misdemeanor) . So i think it should be ok. Any thoughts?

Well some people have been waiting almost 8 months for an approval so i think your being mad because of you bio appointment is silly lol
