Does a DACA approval mean anything? or just fall in the Dreamers category? Wait 5 years, go to school/military, GC, etc.

Man, I'm too old to go back to school....or join the military. LOL.

If you just want the Dream Act requirements and nothing else from your education than you can pick the easiest major there is and the easiest classes to pass and finish 2 years towards a 4 year. This should be very easy!

It falls under the Dream Category, it does NOT lower the 5 years, however, in the actual bill (if any of you have already read it................sigh) it says something about the secretary using some streamline progress from transferring DACAers from RPI to Green Card status. No we don't know what it means, no there hasn't been an explanation. no it does not mean immediate green card. If you are DACA approve or not it won't change anything. Unless, of course, the bill is change dramatically that has it that DACA approve people automatically get a green card.

Everyone will. Because, this will be the only way to legalize unless through marriage. Or, pending cases. I actually know some people who have told me that they will not apply for CIR if it contained border security measures.

Shorter line.
