I just RFE'd a second time!!!

I sent my response last week and now I have a second one coming. Anybody with 2 RFEs?

my wife just got a second RFE after sending her first one 1 1/2 ago. Apperantly we did not send enough evidence for 2009.

I got my first one today. Now u made me feel even more worried

You already got the letter? Are they asking for the same stuff or for something different?

Yes im wondering what they are asking for now. I just sent my reply to my 1st. and hopefully only RFE

In my case they were asking foe the same thing. They said I was missing my I-765ws when my attorney clearly sent. Anyway we sent it again. Lets hope Nebraska gets me a response sooner than the 60 days stated.

I sent my RFE last month and the status said they were reviewing it, on April 18th the status said I got another RFE, but the one I received was the exact same one I sent originally, it's just a COPY, i called today and they said they would check if it was an oversight and would contact me about it.

Uscis processing,centers lol they are something,else. From oversights, glitches and processing whenever the hell they want. Priceless. Imagine the mess that will happen when CIR passes.

My wife got approved yesterday after our second RFE but now apperently USCIS sent her card to the wrong address and we are trying to track where it was sent to. USPS only gives the city to where it went and we called their postoffice but they show as delivered and cant give us an address
