Just recently received my EAD and have applied for SS. Wasn't verified then, so will have to wait for a while before I get that.

I have a question about school, since I wasn't aware of this before, but I've heard that having a SS changes nothing to do with college tuition? A bit curious about that, since an administrator at my college told me differently before I enrolled but is now telling me that my tuition will remain the same either way, regardless.

I haven't, I just went last Friday. You have to arrive earlier than the opening time if you don't want to wait for a long time though. I arrived at 8 in the morning and was one of the first ones lined up. The lady who attended to me asked me simple questions, was in and out fairly quickly, give or take 30 minutes.
